Welcome to Unlock Las Vegas. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Unlock Las Vegas, a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation (“Unlock Las Vegas”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and governs your access to and use of our website and any other services provided by Unlock Las Vegas. The website and related services are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our service. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not use our services.
TRANSPORTATION CHARGES: All charges are NON-refundable within the 48 hours notice of the event date. Each reservation has a minimum charge of one hour with half hours increments thereafter. A valid credit card is needed for all reservations. All limousine (Sedan, SUV, Limo, Limo Coach, Party Bus, Motor Coach) rates are estimated based on hourly point-to-point standard transfer times. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation confirmation order. Rates are subject to change without notice. Unlock Las Vegas is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. The rate presented on your reservation confirmation is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved and is not intended to represent the actual cost of the trip. Wait time, taxes, extra stops or additional services may change your rate. Balances to be paid to the driver on the charter date before the beginning of the charter.
TRANSPORTATION RESERVATIONS: All reservations are subject to availability. In the case of double booking, Unlock Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel a reservation. Rides that are west of Buffalo, south of Cactus, east of Green Valley Pkwy, and north of Lake Mead are deemed in our 2nd time zone. Reservations in our 2nd time zone are subject to a 2-hour minimum reservation. If a passenger books an online reservation for 1 hour that is considered a 2 hour minimum, the passenger can either pay for the 2nd hour or cancel the reservation at no penalty. Transfers are rides that are deemed to be a maximum of 10 miles from pick-up to drop-off on the strip hotel corridor AND a maximum of 30 minutes from pick-up to drop-off. Any overages in either regulation will result in the reservation being charged the 1 hour rate.
TRANSPORTATION CANCELLATION: Unlock Las Vegas reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in the event that the request for transportation is canceled less than 48 hours from the time of cancellation notification to the time of requested service. Cancellation with less than forty eight (48) hours notice will be charged the full amount of the limousine charter order. If a reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours of event time, allow 5-10 days for refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
TRANSPORTATION NO-SHOWS: A reservation is considered a “No-Show” if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within (a) thirty (30) minutes for airport pickups (time begins when passenger’s plane lands) or (b) thirty (30) minutes at other pickup locations. For all No-Shows, the full trip fare, including a twenty (20) percent gratuity, will be charged. To avoid this charge, or if you are having trouble locating your chauffeur, we advise you not to leave the pick-up location on your reservation without first contacting Unlock Las Vegas at (702) 375-5556.
TRANSPORTATION LIABILITY: Unlock Las Vegas is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter/summer caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, extreme heat etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in limousines. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine (Sedan, SUV, Limo, Limo Coach, Party Bus, Motor Coach) caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Damage charges a fee of $200 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation (Biohazard) fee is $300. Broken windows, handles, seats, railings and tv’s will be charged $300 each. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
TOURS: Unlock Las Vegas has the right to change itinerary at any time or cancel all reservations. Posted itineraries are subject to change based on availability. Tours may be altered or canceled due to weather. If Unlock Las Vegas does not meet the minimum number of tickets sold, tours may be canceled; alternative times/dates may be offered to replace original offering. All customers of nightclub, pool party, or bar crawls must be in proper dress code to gain access to the venues we go to. Dress code requirements can be found in the links at the bottom of this webpage. All vouchers from third party resellers will be redeemed at the time of reservation. No refunds will be given on redeemed third party vouchers. All patrons of Unlock Las Vegas tours must be 21 years or older with proper identification.
No strollers, wheelchair, or mobility scooters are allowed on the party buses used on our tour. There are 3-4 steps to walk up in order to get into the vehicle.
Tour Cancellations: Unlock Las Vegas has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy we can not offer a refund within the 48 hour window prior to the tour. If a request for refund is made more than 48 hours, we will issue a refund. Please allow 6-7 business days for the credit to show in the original form of payment
No-shows: You must be on time for check in to all Unlock Las Vegas tours. Failure to make it to check in on time will be considered a no-show. Customers who do not show up at all will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not be refunded or reimbursed for any charges towards booking fees.
IMAGES/VIDEO: All images/video taken before, during, and after all tours may be used in social media/web applications. If you prefer for your likeness to not be used in these settings, please email us at unlocklasvegas@gmail.com.
